Provider Relations Representative Job at Mountain View Pain Center
We are looking for a competitive provider relations representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The provider relations representative will liaise with healthcare providers and act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals, and you will aim at meeting company targets.
To ensure success as a provider relations representative, you should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch representative should increase the visibility and awareness of our company's services and maximize patient volume.
Additional bonus compensation will be given based on referrals and relationships that increase patient volume.
This is an in-office position. No remote work is available.
Provider Relations Representative Responsibilities:
- Initiating and maintaining effective channels of communication with healthcare providers and clients.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with assigned healthcare providers through office visits, telephone calls, prompt resolution of issues, and excellent customer service.
- Conducting training of service providers on policies, procedures, service lines, and available technology.
- Answering questions from doctor's offices on insurance benefits.
- Managing healthcare provider accounts to achieve company strategies and goals.
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding healthcare.
- Identifying shortfalls in healthcare provision and initiating improvement opportunities.
Provider Relations Representative Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in client services, provider relations, and/or sales representative role.
- Knowledge and understanding of claims processes and data capturing.
- Proficiency in creating presentations, training documents, reports, and analytical graphs.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
