Adjective & Co. is hiring a Project Manager. The candidate we are looking for has been told they are "irreplaceable" on several occasions in their career. They eat and breathe project management and have a passion for processes, procedures and the creative process. They know how to collaborate with creatives, beat deadlines, anticipate needs, and be proactive AF.

The Day-to-Day

• Create & manage project timelines

• Independently plan and manage multiple projects in Asana

• Assess risk and/or limited resources in a project ask

• Effectively communicate priorities with creative team

• Work with creative, social and strategy teams to make sure action items are completed in a timely manner

• Identify issues and offer recommended solutions

• Manage production vendors (photogs, videographers, hair, MOA, craft services, etc.)

• Coordinate & manage internal meetings alongside account and creative leads (status meetings, pre-pro, etc.)

• Create and update weekly client status reports

• Keep account team apprised of updates/changes to timelines that impact the client

• 
  Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks across a range of clients and teams

• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Preferred

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a Project Management or Producer role at an advertising agency

• Experience working in Asana or equivalent project management platform

• Experience creating & managing production budgets

• An understanding and appreciation for the creative process
