The Production Line Associate performs production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Complete quality records for re-manufactured products.

Guide other Associates in their assigned duties when needed.

Coordinate with Production Supervisor to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines.

Identify and report unsafe practices to Manager immediately.

Attend job trainings related to production and machinery for professional growth.

Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule.

Ensure that work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized.

Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials.

Ensure that the re-manufactured product meets customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Train to perform all job functions associated with the production line.
• Lifting up to 30lbs.
• Opening boxes.
• Inspecting parts and complete units
• Changes tools on power equipment as needed.
• Cleaning parts.
• Testing products.
• Packaging of completed units/parts.
• Alerts Operations Manager of any problems that will hinder quality and ability to meet production quota/deadline.
• Assure proper policy and procedure is continuously adhered to.
• Assist in the training of new employees as needed.
• Maintain a professional and diplomatic manner when dealing with coworkers, supervisors and managers.

Minimum Qualifications for Position:

• Must be at least 18 years old and have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use production tools and production testing equipment.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills; verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications for Position:

• Previous manufacturing experiences a plus.
