Southern Unique Custom Exteriors LLC has been in business for over 6 years is looking for a candidate with strong computer administrative skills that can handle a fast-paced environment . The job includes coordinating, and overseeing several projects daily, ordering material, and daily communication with general contractor’s, home builders, superintendents and material suppliers. Ideal candidate must work well under pressure and be able to muti-task and work as a team. Plenty of job opportunity’s to grow within Southern Unique.
General Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Work with estimating department and the production team
Help set project timelines and manage schedules.
Work on client portals
Create purchase orders and follow a Guideline for ordering material.
Schedule warranty and repairs, etc.
Be able to problem solve & extremely motivated.
Qualifications:
1 Year experience with Quick books preferred but not required.
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Able to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
Construction Experience or related field experience
Excel experience.
Spanish Bilingual a Major Plus
Hours are 7am-4pm M-F,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
Pay Rate: Negotiated upon experience and qualifications.
