We are looking for an experienced Preschool Director to oversee all operations, functions and activities for this location. You will be the face of the organization, responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and implementing a high quality vision for a established preschool. An excellent executive director is an influential manager with ability to lead and motivate. They have great communication skills and take a holistic approach in managing the organization’s operations. The goal is to manage and lead the organization towards the realization of its mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies aiming to increase enrollment and navigate today's preschool environment.
• Build an effective team of teachers by providing guidance and coaching.
• Ensure adherence of the school's daily activities and long-term plans.
• Direct and oversee all operations of this school.
• Forge and maintain relations of trust with DCF and the ELC.
• Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the school in ways that strengthen its profile.
• Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessary.

Skills

• Proven experience as a preschool executive director.
• Experience in developing teaching strategies and plans.
• An understanding of the Creative Curriculum, Procare, and TS Gold a plus.
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills

You'll be working with a great team with experience in the field as we have multiple locations here in Central and West Florida. We believe our students are our highest priority. We are not a big corporation so no more needless reports and conference calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
