Policy Accounting Representative #10673
$20.00/Per Hour | Contract to Hire | West Des Moines, IA
Role & Duties:
- Responsible for reviewing, updating, and approving disbursement and withdrawal requests in accordance with departmental service-level agreements and company policy
- You will also void and reissue outstanding disbursement checks as needed
- You will have the opportunity to apply and expand your knowledge of life insurance, annuities and other related financial and administration systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Entry Level Accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel
- Ability to prioritize numerous projects and duties
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing objectives and timetables
