We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an aggregate production facility in the Boulder, Colorado area! The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant's production, maintenance, and safety, as well as ensuring that production goals are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a production plant in the aggregate, concrete or related industries.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control
• Ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards
• Develop and implement production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and manage plant budget
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Manage a team of plant supervisors and production workers
• Monitor plant performance and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a production plant management role, preferably in the aggregate, concrete or related industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and plant management software
