We are looking for friendly, professional and responsible Pick-Up and Delivery Drivers to safely drive vehicles to and from the customer's home or place of business from our service department.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a dealership loaner vehicle to the customer’s location
• Provide a friendly and accommodating first impression

• Document any services or areas of concerns the customer mentions about their vehicle
• Safely drive the customer’s car back to the dealership
• Communicate any additional customer concerns to the service advisor
• Return customer’s car promptly after it has been serviced
• Inform customers during your visit about new products and services
• Complete logs and reports to document activity
• Follow all state and federal driving laws including cell phone usage and speed limits

Skills

• Friendly presence and enjoys people interactions
• Valid Driver’s License, with safe driving record over the past 5 - 7 years
• Comfortable using smart phone technology and using a work app on your personal phone
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
• Ability to drive both an automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• High school degree
