Required Qualities:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in the subject area;
- Current Minnesota teaching license;
- Competence in current educational technology to support learning;
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with students, colleagues, parents, administrators;

- Willingness to embrace the Lasallian mission.
Desired Qualities:
- Previous high school teaching experience
- Experience in Catholic education.
