Oakhurst Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a committed and patient-focused Physical Therapist to act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation. What makes us different than a traditional outpatient clinic is our ability to treat our patients with all 3 therapy disciplines as indicated, and see them in their own environment. We aren't bound to the patient needing to be home-bound like they would for home health services either. This allows us to provide the continuity of care for those discharging from our facility as an inpatient, and have a greater impact on the community we live in and enjoy.

The ideal candidate will be team oriented and have the ability to work in a fun, fast paced environment. The community of Oakhurst is located only 14 miles to the south entrance to Yosemite National Park where boundless outdoor activities and history await.

The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Operating Company Eduro HealthCare's values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.
