Pet Care Technician

Pet Care Technicians execute the following job duties:

• Preparing and serving pets meals and treats
• Cleaning pets enclosures
• Monitoring the health of the pets in our care
• Bathing dogs, including performing nail trims
• Providing play activities with the dogs
• Ensuring all shift duties are performed

Schedule:

• Full and part time hours are available
• Flexible schedule
• Weekend hours are required
• Holiday hours are required
• Shift reliability is required - zero tolerance for call offs

Required Skills:

• Positive communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Attention to detail is necessary
• Must be able to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must follow instructions from managers and pay attention to surroundings

Candidates that have experience as a pet care technician, kennel technician, animal care attendant, dog walker, pet care assistant, or pet sitter can start up to $14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

_Applicants must love dogs! Position will include providing daily care of dogs and cats.
