Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community is currently seeking people like you to join our Personal Care and Memory Support Teams!
We are also willing to train someone interested in joining this field. Our PCA Training program is a 2 week training program where you will learn about direct and indirect care, including the role and functions of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), and how to best care for our residents.
Current Opportunities include:
$1000 Sign on Bonus
- Memory Support - Modified Full-Time - Day Shift, 5:45am - 2:15pm - 8 shifts over a 2 week pay period BENEFIT ELIGIBLE!
- Personal Care - Full-Time - Evening Shift, 2:00pm - 10:30pm - 10 shifts over a 2 week pay period BENEFIT ELIGIBLE!
- Memory Support - Full-Time - Evening Shift, 2:00pm - 10:30pm - 10 shifts over a 2 week pay period BENEFIT ELIGIBLE!
$500 Sign on Bonus
- Memory Support - Part-Time - Evening Shift, 2:00pm - 10:30pm - 2 shifts over a 2 week pay period EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY!
- Memory Support - Part-Time - Night Shift, 10:15pm - 6:15am - 2 shifts over a 2 week pay period EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ONLY! (Friday and Saturday night)
- Personal Care - Part-Time - Night Shift, 10:15pm - 6:15am - 3 shifts over a 2 week pay period (Sunday, Friday and Saturday nights)
Primary Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing and grooming)
- Responds appropriately to resident needs
- Promptly answers call bells
- Completes accurate and timely records
- Follows instructions and reports to med nurse, Unit Manager, and Administrator
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (copy required)
- Friendly Demeanor
- Desire to help others
