Southdale ObGyn, an established practice located in Edina and Burnsville, is currently seeking a Patient Services Coordinator. The Patient Services Coordinator is part of a team providing exceptional customer service to our patients and guests while creating a memorable patient experience. Southdale ObGyn strives to provide excellent patient care to our patients. This role is an important to our care model.
Duties include greeting patients and visitors, checking in patients and ensuring patient information is accurate, answering incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, assisting patients with general information about the clinic. and actively supporting the clinical care staff in the care of the patient. Additionally, this role may be trained in surgery scheduling.
