This opportunity is a part-time opportunity with an established/growing caseload at our beautiful Springdale Clinic. Our clinic hours of operation for all clinicians are Monday-Thursday 8-6. Each clinician has the opportunity to work additional hours on Fridays if they so desire, this is not a mandate. Whether you need flexibility for picking up and dropping off your kids at school to working certain days/hours within the week to help support your lifestyle, this opportunity is built to promote a healthy work-life balance tailored to your needs.

The Thera-Play teamwork and communication model creates a holistic and comprehensive treatment strategy that allows you to best serve patients and families. We are a play-based therapy clinic as we have found that play leads to development and growth for the kids to carryover to other aspects of their life. Our purpose is to serve our local children and families while having fun as our impact extends beyond any treatment session.

PT Roles and Responsibilities:

· The therapist will evaluate, treat, assess, and strategize patients' developmental needs for Physical Therapy in children ages 0-21 years while collaborating with ST and OT to assist in the overall development and growth of patients on caseload.

· Encouragement and advocation for all patients with specific emphasis placed on the acquisition of novel experiences and skills to improve the function and well-being of our patients.

· Supervision and co-signing of assistants as well as maintaining appropriate licensure and abiding by ARPTB standards.

2+ years of experience with Pediatrics is preferred.

Thera-play encourages continuing education as well as specialized certifications and reimburses for licensure and CEU credits.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
