AC Hotel Los Angeles South Bay is currently seeking a flexible, outgoing, part time night auditor/PM front desk agent.

Night auditor duties include but not limited to:

• Greets incoming guests with a warm welcoming attitude upon arrival.
• Records, processes and analyzes the day’s closing revenue.
• Complete all required reports and ensure that the days monetary transactions are all in balance.
• Attend to guests needs, including but not limited to, registration, checkout, cashiering, and making guest wake up calls.
• Takes incoming calls and makes on-site rooms reservations when needed.
• Acts as the MOD during overnight hours.
• On occasion, during sold-out nights, may have to relocate guests based on hotel inventory availability.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule is must. (work weekends/holidays/overnights)
• Shifts can range from every other week anywhere from 1-3days.
• Positive can do attitude.
• Service/restaurant/hotel experience a plus.
• 1 year experienced preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: negotiable, depending on experience.
