Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Parking Operations, the Parking Operations Manager will be tasked with the responsibilities of coordinating and managing all parking related operations for our locations within the region. This position will work closely with internal and external resources to ensure efficient and seamless parking operations on a day to day basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide oversight of all assigned parking facilities.
  • Oversees all management and oversight of all regional contracted parking, valet, shuttle, and traffic management operations.
  • Assists the Director of Operations with contractual management and compliance oversight.
  • Proficient in Parking Operations Management.
  • Coordinate with managers and supervisors on staffing deployments.
  • Work in tandem with our clients to manage and coordinate employee parking programs and off-site parking options.
  • Coordinate with client representatives as needed.
  • Assists the Director of Parking Operations in the development and successful implementation of formalized policies and operating procedures that meet industry best practices, as well as guarantees all codes, laws, ordinances, policies, procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations and emergency procedures as followed.
  • Manages the distribution and development of any parking change orders, and internal communications.
  • Works closely with the client in preparing vital parking and transportation information for dissemination.
  • Responsible for addressing all customer service issues related to our services.
  • Responsible for all parking technology platforms that are deployed throughout the region or portfolio.
  • Responsible for monitoring and keeping up to date regarding technology and trends in parking, transportation, and mobility management.
  • Supervise any direct subordinate as assigned.
  • Develops and maintains a harmonious working relationship with other employees, contractors, client personnel, subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of staff training as requested or required.
  • Other tasks, duties, and assignments as assigned by the client(s) or company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years experience in parking, transportation, and/or mobility management with increasing responsibilities.
  • At least (5) years of professional experience in an industry leadership role, preferably a management role in a high volume, public facing facility or hospitality/tourism industry.
  • High School Diploma or its equivalency required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be able to work and produce results under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; Ability to communicate effectively and to convey instructions or information to all levels both orally and in writing.
  • Must be able to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, vendors, partners, subordinates, and guests.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Access, power Point, and Outlook)
  • Ability to receive and maintain confidential information
  • Must possess high analytical skills.
  • A positive attitude and an ability to maintain a cheerful disposition and a smile while working hard.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
