Charlestown is a beautiful 110-acre continuing care retirement community located just minutes from Baltimore in the charming neighborhood of Catonsville, Maryland. The painter is responsible for performing responsive, accurate and efficient Resident Apartment and Common Area painting and wall coverings. Duties to include (but not limited to) the interior and exterior maintenance of painted areas of the Community campus.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $18.36 an hour.
How you will make an impact:
- Perform residential painting/wallcovering as scheduled.
- Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas. (Painting and wallcovering).
- Restore painted areas in vacated apartments to new-like conditions.
- Perform custom painting/wallcovering services as contracted by residents.
- Perform drywall repairs as needed.
- Prepare written communications as required to request painting/wallcovering materials and supplies and to report on the completion of each work order.

What you will need:

A good working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering.

Ability to use power tools and painting equipment.

High school diploma or GED.

Three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting.
