Operations Manager

Boutique and growing full service real estate company and has a current opening for a qualified individual to join our team as an Operations Manager. This position is newly merged/created as a result of our continued success and growth in the market. Brokerage is currently over 50 agents with 1 full-time and 1 part-time staff that will support this role.

This role plays a critical role in defining a positive culture while handling the administrative responsibilities of the office. Reporting to the Principal(s) only, the role leads the day-to-day functions of the real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a successful track record of managing people and streaming systems in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with Executive Leadership, other key Development Leaders and key consultants and broker partners to define, discover, align to the overall mission of the brand.

This position will network and interface with the established internal teams as well as community organizations, networking groups and social functions where realtors will be attending/engaging.

This position is ideal for a charismatic individual who would act as a brand ambassador while commanding the respect of the staff/agents through experience/knowledge related to real estate transacting, development or financing.

In this role your day to day will vary. Many days you will be sitting at the reception desk, greeting team members and visitors while tackling your administrative duties. Other days you may be representing the company at events with organizations like the Chamber of Commerce

Key Responsibilities

· Lead day-to-day functions of the office.

· Support and champion agents making them feel heard and valued.

· Regularly attend networking functions, luncheons and nighttime functions to build awareness of the brand and mission of the company

· Analyze data, recognize trends and formulate ideas to expand capacity and grow

· Strategically position the company for long term profitability

· Monitor Department performance and results and implement continuous improvements to maximize productivity, profitability, and service

· Regularly engage with social media platforms in a professional and in a way that would attract other industry professionals

· Keep stakeholders in-the-know by preparing materials monthly Real Estate Committee meeting, and ad-hoc analyses for investors and Board members

· Proven management and leadership experience within the real estate environment

· Keen attention to detail, strong prioritization skills and high emotional intelligence with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
