Exciting opportunity for E-commerce specialist to focus on Amazon, website, social media marketing and other Marketplaces (including Walmart, Target, etc.,) for the dietary supplement division. The Ecommerce Analyst position is perfect for an individual interested in working within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.

This position is primarily responsible for building/updating our various online marketplaces (including Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.,) and online presence with insights to drive growth and profitability while maintaining the creative direction of the brand. The analyst will work closely with existing vendors, 3PL, and external analytics solution providers as necessary. Experience working within Amazon, ecommerce platforms, business intelligence tools and related technology is required.

You will be working with a highly motivated team focused on success. Must be a self starter, organized and able to execute and coordinate with third party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Update Amazon and e-commerce platforms using key media and online metrics
• Analyze Amazon business to drive revenue growth and profitability while supporting the brand’s high-end positioning.
• Provide creative insights regarding brand image and marketing strategy
• Develop customer community using e-commerce platform and social media posts
• Embrace a customer centric view, first product purchased, and repeat behavior including Subscribe & Save membership.
• Support the product forecasting process to inform our supply chain buy plans.
• Analyze promotional activities on Amazon including lightning deals, coupons, and deal of the day.
• Support measurement for the testing and optimization program and feed insights back to drive further growth.
• Share insights with Product Development team to support new product development and enhancement of the existing portfolio.
• Measure impact of Advertising investments.

Requirements: Proficiency with analytics tools – Microsoft Excel, Financial modelling a plus

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Selling on Amazon, and Seller Central reporting
• Understanding of Dietary Supplement online, regulatory guidelines
• Passion for the fast-paced startup environment
• Must be organized, driven, a team player and possess excellent “can do” attitude
• Adaptable, positive, curious and self-motivated
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges. Passionate and persistent about finding solutions.
• Comfortable drawing logical conclusions and presenting insights which drive business growth and optimization
• 3-5 years of professional working experience in Analyst or related capacity
• BA/BS (Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics or related fields)
