Our AMAZING, growing property management company is looking for a confident, intuitive, detail oriented person with great communication skills. Are you self-motivated, POSITIVE, analytical, a problem solver and work until the job is done?

We are searching for an enthusiastic, trustworthy and detail-minded office manager that will be instrumental in accomplishing company goals. We LOVE what we do and we want someone who enjoys work and can get excited about our goals! You will be assisting with project management, basic accounting, accounts payable, payroll, some human resources tasks and vendor relations. You'll also be responsible for answering phone calls, respond to messages and emails, as well as office organization, scheduling, communications, miscellaneous office tasks and errands. Much of your work will be computer based, primarily working with spreadsheets, word processing and data entry. You'll need to be excited about providing outstanding customer service.
