METFitness a dynamic, fast paced mobile fitness company is looking for an administrative assistant to support of both the CEO and Office Manager. Applicant must be able to evaluate situations, work independently and be able to escalate when required. A knowledgeable demeanor on how to interface with customers, project a courteous professional telephone manner in solving a customers issues. Specific duties are listed below but will also include others as assigned.

Excellent phone and texting skills a must, smart phone and personal computer with internet access is required. Applicants should have good interpersonal skills and experience with providing quality customer service. Position requires assistant to be connecting on days scheduled via phone calls / texting and emails with clients, vendors or staff. Position requires multi-taking with the schedule and client / vendor information, to ensure that appointments move ahead smoothly as outlined.

Confidentiality Required to protect private client, vendor and company interests.

Time awareness - there is an established schedule that needs to be followed closely during time scheduled. Quiet work space is required for professionalism with client and vendor calls and attention to details.

Flexibility is required when changes or substitutions are added on short notice due to call-outs, client / vendor updates.

Position includes:

  • Wix website scheduling and content creation
  • Understanding of: Google Calendar, Excel, Word/Pages, Power Point
  • Understanding and ability to use Dropbox as needed to update files/templates
  • Regular Online Scheduling Updates
  • Daily report regarding schedule changes, adjustments, vendor updates
  • Stay up to date with: schedule, vendors, clients on a daily basis
  • Trouble shoot problems independently and update office team with resolutions
  • Email Templates / Reminders to Vendors / Clients
  • Knowledge of Apple software required
  • Requires reliable internet connection, personal computer, and iPhone *preferred
  • Other needs that may arise

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
