YOUR LIFE AS AN OFFICE ADMIN

This full-time administrative position typically works 7 AM - 5 PM.

As an Office Admin, you are the cornerstone of our office. You work directly with our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service. With your excellent communication skills, you correspond with our customers over the phone and in person, booking appointments and responding to inquiries. You learn more about the HVAC industry so as to be the best possible liaison between our clients and our team. Additionally, you frequently perform marketing tasks.

As our Florida location gets up and running, you occasionally take on other responsibilities. You dispatch installers and technicians when new jobs arise. With your strong organizational skills, you assist in the hiring and training of new customer service representatives, going through applications, conducting interviews, and showing new team members the ropes. As our team continues to grow, your responsibilities become less varied and more typical of an Office Manager position. You take great satisfaction from helping our Florida office to succeed!


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of office experience in HVAC company and/or trade experience
  • Experience with outbound calling
  • HVAC Industry Experience
  • Knowledge in Service Titan

Experience in an office position is preferred but not required. If you have excellent customer service skills and can perform this job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our administrative team!
