North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center focused on providing patient-centered, quality-driven, whole-person healthcare services accessible to everyone in our community. To meet this aim, we have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Services RN. Your role will be to provide expertise and support to our patients and care teams in an outpatient primary care setting through a combination of triage, clinical visits, and care management. What we’re looking for:
- A Registered Nurse with an active WA State license in good standing
- Experience in either outpatient or inpatient settings
- Interest or experience in a dynamic role within an outpatient Primary Care setting, where you’ll have the opportunity to provide care in a variety of ways
- A team player with strong critical thinking, assessment and triage skills
- Interest in caring for patients in all stages of life, with a wide range of health conditions
- Experience with Epic or another integrated/modern EMR
- A clear communicator with internal and external colleagues
What we offer:
- Competitive compensation
- Schedule flexibility; for the right candidate we’re willing to consider any schedule from per-diem to full-time (40 hours per week)
- Regardless of your schedule you’ll primarily work weekdays, during typical office hours. We have one clinic open on Saturdays which nurses work on an alternating schedule
