New Residential Home Construction - Sales

Central, WI Area (Full Time & Part Time Available)

UBuildIt, the Nation’s largest and oldest Construction Consulting Company has an immediate opening for a Commission based new residential home sales position at our Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin office. 100% Remote. Responsibilities would include lead generation, lead follow up, presentations, follow up, and loan close. The position will be responsible for establishing relationships with new customers. Our office relies on over-the-top customer service and this role is key to that success.

COMPENSATION

  • 100% commission based
  • Multiple Part-time & Full-time positions available
  • Great opportunity to start up as second income until client base established
  • Extremely flexible scheduling, you choose when you work and how much
  • Two commissions, first at contract signing second at commencement of construction
  • Generate revenue through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • Bonuses after 5 signings in a calendar year
  • Over 75% of time virtual work from home

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive sales goals.
  • Generate revenue through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • Understand customer requirements and goals to collaborate with Operations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term consultative customer relationships to understand where to offer solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to help resolve issues by interfacing between the customer and our operations.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Build trust with customers by ensuring that all their needs are being met as committed.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentations and speak in front of groups.
  • Be driven by results, yet patient to work through the sales process.
  • Strong business and finance administration knowledge
  • Basic accounting skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Consultative sales experience is necessary
  • Interest in being an advocate for owner-builder clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $38,834.90 - $149,238.82 per year
