This is a full-time permanent role based in the suburban Milwaukee area. Hydrid work schedule after 90 days. 2 days per week remote, 3 days in office.

Primary Duties:

• Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs using NetSuite
• Review and confirm the feasibility of technical specifications in a NetSuite environment
• Evaluate new products, workflows, and ideas
• Develop and test technology solutions geared toward NetSuite process improvements
• Participate in user acceptance testing and adoption
• Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
• Ensure systems run smoothly by evaluating and documenting improvements
• Investigate problems and data discrepancies, diagnose root causes, identify problematic trends, and help develop a resolution
• Assist in managing and resolving support incidents
• Remain current with NetSuite enhancements industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field or related experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Netsuite
• Experience with ERP systems
