The Role

Responsible for supporting and managing calls relating to products or services to facilitate all customer and agent needs while effectively maintaining the relationships between departments and exceeding expectations with high integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Excellent Listening Skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Proven experience effectively helping customers and exceeding their expectations with high integrity.
  • Advanced conflict resolution capabilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, creative, and resourceful
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, structured environment, answering numerous inquiries for customers at their greatest time of need.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to confidently work in multiple systems with dual monitors.
  • Comfortable with video communications via MS Teams throughout the day to communicate with teammates and leadership face to (virtual) face.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Schedule: MON-THURS 9AM-5:30PM & FRI -9AM-3:30PM

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
