Position: Registered Nurse Supervisor
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Specialty: Medical Oncology
Schedule: Nights- 7pm-7:30am
Duration: This is a full-time, permanent position!
Pay: $32.45 - $55.02 hourly depending on experience. This position is also eligible for a $5k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance!

Responsibilities:

• Providing direction to staff to promote quality patient care and nursing services in a professionally supportive environment on a continuous basis by ensuring consistent nursing standards guide the provision of safe nursing care.
• Responsible for directing and coordinating patient care through established standards subscribed by the American Nurses Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
• Performs responsibilities in five areas of nursing practice: clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership, and professional development.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Supports the organization vision and mission.
• Uses knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.
• Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurses license in the state of Florida
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing experience required, nursing leadership experience preferred.
