Health Advocates Network is hiring a Medical Assistant (2 Years Exp Req)! This is a full-time contract position at a nationally recognized hospitallocated in Storrs, CT.

• Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
• Shift: Days: hours vary 7:30a-4:00p, 10am-6:30p, 11:45am-8:15p (8:45am-5:15pm (weekends)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• COVID Vaccine Required

Medical Assistant Qualification and Requirements:

• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical office
• Epic experience required
• American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)/ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or equivalent.
• Additional certifications may be required.
