We're hiring Full time and would also consider Part Time if a reduced schedule is what you are looking for.
This position will work primarily at our O'Fallon, IL office with a possible day at either our Belleville, IL or the Columbia, IL locations.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- This position requires a person who will bring a positive attitude to the team.
- Learning our EMR system eClinicalWorks
- Hands on patient care including strapping, taping, casting, dressing changes, x-rays, wound care, fitting of braces, DME and diabetic shoes.
- Managing tasks related to pre-op and post-op.
- Schedule labs, imaging, surgeries and referrals
- Answering/ returning patient calls while maintaining a consistent patient flow in a busy practice.
- Provide a great patient experience by being friendly, helpful and compassionate.
