Job Description:
- Supports all Logistical requirements for Manufacturing and Operations.
- Primary responsibilities include delivering Parts, Supplies, Materials, and Chemicals between buildings in a multi-location campus.
- Capable of operating an 18-foot Delivery truck (manual transmission), Forklifts, Pallet jack, and Hand Trucks to support Stockroom/warehouse operations.
- Responsible for loading / Unloading trucks, moving materials through the manufacturing area, reviewing and stocking materials in various locations, perform transactions using an electronic Inventory database.
- Performs a combination of tasks under specific directions which may include shipping and/or receiving, opening or closing containers using hand tools; counting and weighs materials, and recording information.
- Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, racks, shelves, cabinets, and machines mechanically or by hand.
- Conveys materials using a hand truck, forklift, electric dolly, elevator, or other devices; stacks or assembles materials.
- Moving Chemicals and Hazardous materials after training will be a requirement.
Comments for Suppliers:
- This is primarily Warehouse support with Truck Driving requirements.
- High School diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $16.00 - $19.79 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
