SUMMARY:

Today’s Homecare, Inc., is looking an experienced community outreach marketers in NYC. We are seeking individual who will develop and manage relationships with living facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, doctors’offices etc. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, result driven. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills in order to interact effectively and professionally with potential referral sources and agency staff.

Candidate should have at least two years field marketing experience in Home Care and/or MLTC in New York. Must have prior healthcare marketing experience. Must demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and public relation skills. Must be a creative thinker and be a team player. Must be able to meet set goals

Seeking energetic community marketer for our Home Health Care Agency with offices located in Brooklyn and Queens.

Experience:

• Home Care: 2 years (Preferred)

• Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities to include:

• Build and maintain relationships with contact referral sources.

• Scout living facilities, hospitals, and nursing homes.

• Conduct individual / group presentations for health care professionals, seniors and others in order to reach Medicaid eligible home care patients.

• Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.

• Collaborate with office staff to ensure referrals continue.

• Coordinate with operational and clinical leadership to ensure excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market.

• At least 1 year of experience in the marketing field.

• Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.

• Ready to network in the community.

• Experience in home health or hospice facilities.

• Knowledge of Medicaid rules and regulations.
