SNELLING is currently seeking a Maintenance Associate in Bryan, TX. This Maintenance position will have a starting pay of $28/HR. Offering a great Monday-Friday schedule and benefits.

This Maontenance Associate position will be a temp-to-hire, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Associate include:

• The safe operation, troubleshooting, repair, and documentation of all activities regarding manufacturing equipment
• Maintains a strong focus on Safety
• Works with production departments to schedule troubleshooting and repairs of equipment issues
• Maintenance Associate must support the maintenance inventory system by looking up and researching parts needed to maintain production equipment and to keep track of all parts used
• Assists in special projects and changes to existing production lines and in the set-up of new production lines
• Supports the production lines on a daily-needs basis

Qualifications of a Maintenance Associate:

• Ability to work in a fast paced and high stress environment
• Maintenance Associate must have experience troubleshooting machines, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics
• Must have at least 5 years experience in injecting molding
• Must have 5 years experience in manufacturing
• No felonies in the last 5 years, no violent felonies ever
