Maintenance Technician-Ashland Lakes Job at Pedcor Companies
We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and "can do" attitude. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment punch; general plumbing; general electrical; pool operations; grounds; and assisting with snow removal. Ability to work Monday to Friday. Shared on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Previous apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC certification is required.
