Job duties:

• Maintenance Coordination: Prepare and execute preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational health.
• Operations Support: Utilize technical knowledge to support facilities-related operations.
• Project Management: Manage the overall execution of projects, and work with internal customers, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Budget Coordination: Maintain organizational budgets for capital investment and expense activities.
• Contract Management: Develop appropriate contracted services support as needed. Ensure all work meets or exceeds defined organization targets, codes and regulations, and industry standards.

Salary range is $85-90,000 depending on experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or other relevant discipline
• 2+ years of experience as a facility engineer or in a similar role
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office. Prior CMMS experience a plus
• LEAN and or Six Sigma experience is a plus
