Job description

At this time we have 2 Home HealthCare positions, providing care to patients in their home. The location is in Lynchburg, VA. One shift available is 2:30pm-10:30pm, and another is 10:30pm-6:30am.

Essential Functions:

• Counsels and educates the patient and family in meeting healthcare and related needs.
• Completes timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient's progress.
• Communicates with the physician and other staff of changes in the patient's needs.
• Provides other assignments as requested.
• Able to perform CPR. Gtube care

Working Conditions:

• Able to provide proof of valid driver's license.
• Able to travel within geographic area serviced by office.
• Work is normally performed in patient's home, schools, or occupational settings.
• Able to constantly travel locally from assignment to assignment.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
