Remote position

Population: Adult, Child, Adolescent, Group therapy

We are looking for licensed (LMSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC) providers to join us on our remote counseling and social work team! Must be able to work efficiently, stay organized, and be well versed in diagnosis, intake, and treatment planning. You will provide services primarily to individuals but at times will also provider care to couples and families through a remote format. You must be willing to work with ages 5 and up and be willing to be flexible in the type of cases placed on your caseload. We will provide training in any area you feel you need more training to be competent as well as supervisors and leaders who provide specialized training. Our training on this team is robust but this person must be able to grasp concepts and learning from a remote setting.

We work as a team and individually. Those who are interested need to have a strong sense of working with much autonomy, ability to keep organized and manage their time, and flexible. You will work with clients with depression, anxiety, and trauma as our primary treatment focus. You may also work with children with behavioral issues and adults with substance dependence problems or families needing help to communicate.

· Intake and treatment plans, evaluation for treatment setting and care level

· Caseload of 28-34 per week

·Requires efficiency and organization and attention to detail

· Provides individual counseling at times to clients in residential care needing services

· Participates in the development and implementation of treatment plans and updates treatment plans as required.

· Diagnosis and treatment plan updates and discharge planning

· Demonstrates the ability to documents in client's chart in a way that is professional and appropriate.

· Documents patient care due by next day (24 hours)

· Reports incidents of suspected abuse using prescribed forms and protocols from the relevant community/state agency.

· Maintains working relationships internal and external sources in ART/CFT meetings

· Maintains up to date training as internally is allotted

· Committed to THS mission and vision

· Attends supervision as well as clinical oversight and uses supervision time appropriately.

Requirements

· 2 years of experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning required

· Masters degree required, licensed required (LMSW/LPC/LAC/LCSW)

· Must be 21 years of age, have a current negative TB test or medical clearance and meet qualifications for fingerprint clearance. CPR, First Aid, CPI (or obtained within 30 days of hire). Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance. Vehicle must be in working order. Maintain vehicle insurance and vehicle registration.

· 8 months agreement to employment is required at hire

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
