Position Overview & Responsibilities
E&L, LLP, is seeking a Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant with prior Employment Law Firm experience. The candidate will be working directly with the senior attorney in drafting and editing complaints, preparing and responding to discovery, drafting letters, and having direct contact with clients.
The right candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive and confident personality, and available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The position is available immediately. A Spanish speaker is a must!

Minimum Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in computer programs (ie: Outlook, and Microsoft Word)
- Spanish speaker (Fluent, in writing and speaking)
