Lead Bartender Job at OBON Sushi Bar Ramen - The Grove
The Bartender will provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests.
- Manage the bar's liquor and supply inventory.
- Assists in purchase orders, checks in recently purchased bar items, arranges inventory for special events and makes supplies readily available to his team.
- Assists in management of cash drawers assigned to each bartender and reconciles each drawer against cash register reports.
- Ensure that all bar equipment is operational and functional.
- Supervises and trains employees in their respective duties as bartenders, cocktail waitresses or cleanup crews.
- Train employees how to prepare and deliver drinks, how to properly handle food and money, and how to set up the bar at the beginning of a shift and break it down at the end of a shift.
- Ensures positive experiences for the customers.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
