Responsibilities and Knowledge:

• Assume full ownership of the properties and build relationships with our clients
• Exceeding clients expectations on a daily basis
• Management of crew, truck, equipment and daily routes
• Daily review of schedule and planning with team to maintain efficiency
• Daily management of hours and quality control of each job
• Ability to train new crew members

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in landscape maintenance or install/hardscaping
• Equipment Experience is a must
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Time management skills
• Chemical Applicator License preferred, but not required
• Valid Indiana Driver’s License

Full-Time: Average of 50/hrs per week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full time ($50,000-$70,000/yr)
