We are a thriving and growing premier landscape design and installation company in the Twin Cities and we are looking for valuable additions to our leadership team! As a landscape installation foreman, you will responsible for the installation and management of landscape and hardscape projects and crews. Our foremen are responsible for completing landscape and hardscape installations with great precision and business-minded efficiently.

As a landscape installation foreman, you can expect to earn a highly competitive wage starting at $25 and ranging up to $38, with room and opportunities to grow.

We are also offering a $1000 bonus to new employees who continue working with us past 120 days! We also offer end-of-season bonuses! We take good care of our employees and we are looking for dedicated and success-driven employees to join us!

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

· Direct activities on the job site, that include but are not limited to:

- Ensure jobs are completed on time up to the quality standards required by our company and industry standards.

- Coordinate workflow among your crew.

- Hands on work.

- Operate a variety of machinery.

- Interpret blueprints and layout projects.

· Train crew in the best practices of installation to meet or exceed company standards, while developing our leaders of tomorrow.

· Communicates well with all crew members, supervisor, and clientele. In addition, communicates production goals with crew members.

· Supervises all crew members during the performance of all assigned work on jobsite.

· Leads by example.

· Maintain clean shop/yard area.

· Keep truck and equipment clean by emptying out truck cabs and beds daily.

· Monitors all tools equipment and machinery for needed maintenance.

· Adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies and instill these into your crews, including crew members utilizing all required Personal Protective Equipment.

· Reports for duty at the designated location on time, each day.

· Follows directions from Field Manager.

· Works directly with Field Manager to coordinate equipment, labor, inventory and supplies.

· Continually improving their individual job skills while preparing for additional growth and opportunities.

· Accurately track and record hours worked through the LMN software.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· 2+ (5+ years preferred) experience as a Landscape Foreman

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

· Commercial Driver’s License (preferred) and reputable driving record

· Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including mini-excavators, skid steer machinery with various attachments and other construction equipment as needed

· Knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications

· Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, evergreens and trees

· Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is detail orientated

· Excellent attention to detail while working in fun and fast paced environment

· Great time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and backgrounds

· Clean and professional appearance (including steel-toe boots and work gloves)

· Punctual and dependable

Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
