LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT CAD TECHNICIAN Job at EMH&T
Summary
EMH&T is currently looking for a CAD Technician to join our Planning and Landscape Architect (LA) team. You will work under the mentorship of a professional LA to create technical engineering designs, drawings and plans including landscape plans, details, profiles, easements, plats, etc for private and public clients. You will assume responsibility for base map changes, e.g. making "redlined" corrections, mark-ups or setup drawings from grading points and work changes; and may prepare exhibits. You will work with the team to create the final product with finishes and duplicate drawings, according to the required mediums and specifications for reproduction. EMH&T will provide training and support on our drafting standards.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or some specialized training or experience with one or more CAD platforms such as AutoCAD and/or Land F/X, required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic math involved in the production and use of drawings or models is beneficial; and previous drafting experience is preferred.
