LADC Primary Counselor - Men's IOP

We are a licensed 245G outpatient addiction treatment center in St. Paul. We serve adults with co-occurring disorders at our locations on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. We offer IOP, OP and extended care OP.

We are seeking a Primary Counselor for our Men's IOP.

This is a full-time, salaried, benefit-eligible position.

Job duties include:

• Work with Access Clinicians to facilitate the admission process
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions with primary caseload of up to 20 clients
• Facilitate a variety of groups including, but not limited to, activity, process, and psycho-education
• Comply with MN Statute Rule 245G requirements regarding timely and accurate documentation
• Provide support and intervention in crisis situations
• Assist client with developing a continuing care plan which supports ongoing recovery
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including LADC, treatment coordinators, peer recovery specialists, mental health practitioners and dietitians
• The hours for position will be 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

**NOTE: occasional Saturday shifts are required for all staff as part of a rotation.

Salary is based on experience and ranges from 58k-72k per year.
