The iOS Developer role requires a broad knowledge of system architecture from a hardware and software perspective. You must be skilled in solving sophisticated problems and work on evaluating and improving the performance of Mac systems under development. Responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to, developing system automation, frameworks, and tools used to measure and analyze performance. You will support existing automation environments and integrate new internally and externally developed benchmarks, applications, and analysis tools used for analyzing hardware and software performance. Key Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a software developer
- Expert in Swift and Python
- Proficient in Django
- Experience with XCTest framework
- Excellent object-oriented design
- Familiarity with computer system architecture
Description
In this role, the iOS Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of automation tools that are used to measure system performance. You will also be developing tools that are used to analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks. We are also looking for someone who can support teams with debugging performance and test issues and also test code, analyze results, identify bugs and resolve issues as necessary. This individual will also be an active participant in technical software design discussions.
Education & Experience
Most of our engineers have advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Engineering (CE), or Computer Science (CS). However, if you’ve followed a different path to expertise in hardware engineering, we still want to hear from you.
