We are seeking a member of our Set-up and Installations Technician Team. This position is a full-time position to help our growing business in Wheat Ridge, CO (West of Denver between Arvada and Lakewood). We are willing to train the right person!

The ideal candidate will be/become an expert in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mobility products such as stairlifts, ramps, vertical platform lifts, and vehicle lifts for individuals with mobility challenges. We also require this position to assist in Home Setup Installations such as hospital beds, recliner lift chairs, patient lifts, and other mobility equipment. We provide and require paid training on all of our products regardless of your experience with them.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair stairlifts, ramps, and vertical platform lifts in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
• Conduct thorough assessments of client homes and recommend appropriate equipment solutions to meet their mobility needs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and make necessary repairs
• Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
