A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOME SERVICES DISPATCHER
nIn this office position, you ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you dispatch field technicians to jobs. Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified about any delays. You also reschedule appointments as needed. When it comes to scheduling service calls, you do it in a way that provides prompt, convenient service and maximizes our field technicians' time and mileage. You enjoy helping people each day and playing an integral part in helping the operations of our company run smoothly!
