Position Summary
This position serves as Renews Prevention and Education Program Group Facilitator for the "Strengthening Families" and similar projects funded through State dollars such as Prevention, SOR, and others. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following examples of duties and accountabilities illustrate the general range of tasks assigned to the position but are not intended to define the limits of required duties. Other essential duties may be assigned consistent with the general scope of the position. Employee must comply with all County and department policies, procedures, WAC"s, or other regulatory bodies.

Lead dynamic training sessions and family building events;
Facilitate the Nurturing Parenting curriculum or similar group curriculums;
Encourage participants to seek "one-on-one" case management sessions to provide necessary support and direction;
Serves as backup for arranging program/project/event locations in various communities;
May manage survey administration and fidelity observations;
May arrange transportation, graduation, and childcare; and
Perform related duties as needed to ensure project success.

Required:
Incumbents are required to have demonstrated substantial knowledge and abilities in these areas:

High School Diploma or GED
Strong organizational and problem solving skills;
Fluent written and oral Spanish communication skills;
Customer service skills, including handling confidential and sensitive information with maximum discretion;
Experience facilitating public meetings and other public forums;
Strong attention to detail;
Work effectively in team environment with positive attitude and collaborates with others;
Valid Washington State Driver"s License: Must have a safe reliable vehicle with proof of automobile insurance
Background Check: Must have an acceptable background report, at time of hire and every three years afterward
Ability to attend evening and weekend sessions and Coalition meetings as needed.

Preferred:
Bachelor"s Degree or experience working with diverse families and communities.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The majority of work is performed in an office environment. During peak times, incumbents may be confronted with conflicting work priorities. Work includes evening and weekend hours. Other
