What We Are Looking For

Job Title: Full Time Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW or Ability to obtain provisional license in Social Work)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

The Social Worker is a vital part of the Hospice interdisciplinary team. This position will visit patients in the Orange County and Sullivan County NY area. This position will also cross train to visit patients in the hospital setting. Whether in your home or ours, Hospice provides exceptional care with dignity, compassion and respect.

What We Need

• A graduate of a master’s program in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, as well as Licensed Master Social Work/Licensed Clinical Social Work.
• Good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Knowledge and commitment to hospice philosophy.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Ability to utilize technological devices required for documentation and communication with the Interdisciplinary Group
• Ability to work within an Interdisciplinary Group.
