Responsibilities:

• Conducting individual, Family, and Relationship Psychotherapy (Special consideration to those to whom have knowledge and experience working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC populations).
• Developing therapeutic treatment plans, maintaining appropriate records
• Case management and Collateral Communication
• Attending staff meetings and clinical consultation meetings

Required qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., LICSW, or LMHC) in psychology, counseling, or social work;
• An active, unrestricted license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LMHC or LICSW).
• Medical specialties : Psychiatry

Career Opportunities: Fee-for-Service Full time Positions

• Monday to Friday (Nights and Weekends are optional)
• Clinicians must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 patients
• Clinicians must stay consistent with all collateral contacts and case management responsibility.
• Attend meetings which include individual and group clinical consultations
• Remote or Telehealth in office or in-person available (Individual clinician's discretion)

Compensation and Benefits

The therapist will be a W2 employee, not an independent contractor, and will be compensated on a fee-for-service basis which includes meetings in addition to psychotherapy sessions.

Compensation Structure:

• Independently Licensed Clinicians: $45-70 per hour (depending on CPT billing codes)
