Front Desk Receptionist - 2 PART Time positions Job at Fairhaven Senior Services
Retirement Facility located in Whitewater looking to hire 2 - PT Receptionists. Duties would include answering and transferring of phone calls, ensuring COVID check-in policies are followed, mail sorting and distribution. Greet and directing residents and visitors as they enter the facility. Scheduling to replace Nursing Dept staff for call ins. Very nice working atmosphere and work area. Customer Service needs to be a priority. Willingness to engage and interact with residents is a must. Excellent attendance is mandatory.
Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required. One weekend position is Day Shift (8am - 4pm) and the other weekend position is Evening Shift (400-10pm). Weeknight are the PM shift (4-10 pm)
