What Does A Food Services Coordinator Do:

  • Preparation, distribution and service to patients, cafeteria, catering and other customers
  • Oversees and maintains quality control monitors and takes corrective action as necessary
  • Assists with TM functions to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching and scheduling,
  • Coordinates TM orientation, training and competency assessment,
  • Monitors the overall security of the department,
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures

Required
  • ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification within 1 year of hire
Education
Required
  • High School or Equivalent
Experience
  • 1 year Food Services
  • 1 year Coordinator Role in a related field
